【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspoly(vinylchloride)(PVC)Schedule40pipefittings.Includedarerequirementsformaterials,workmanship,dimensions,andburstpressure.Note1Socket-typeCPVCplasticpipefittings,Schedule40,whichwereformerlyincludedinthisstandard,arenowcoveredbySpecificationF438.1.2Theproductscoveredbythisspecificationareintendedforusewiththedistributionofpressurizedliquidsonly,whicharechemicallycompatiblewiththepipingmaterials.Duetoinherenthazardsassociatedwithtestingcomponentsandsystemswithcompressedairorothercompressedgases,somemanufacturersdonotallowpneumatictestingoftheirproducts.Consultwithspecificproduct/componentmanufacturersfortheirspecifictestingprocedurespriortopneumatictesting.Note2Pressurized(compressed)airorothercompressedgasescontainlargeamountsofstoredenergywhichpresentserioussafteyhazardsshouldasystemfailforanyreason.1.3Fittingsuchasunions,flanges,specialplastic-to-metaltransitionsandappurtenancesintendedforusewithPVCpipingarecoveredunderspecificationF1970.1.4Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

本标准规定了装饰单板层压木质地板的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等。
本标准适用于以旋切、锯切、刨切天然木质单板或重组装饰单板等为面层，以中密度纤维板、高密度纤维板等为芯层，以木质单板或其他平衡材料为底层制成的企口地板。
