【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdeicersandequipmentdesignedexclusivelyfordeicingandwashingofaircraftwithdeicing/antiicing/washingliquidswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandGSEmanufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.NOTESafetyofaircraftinconnectionwithdeicing/antiicingoperationsisnotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.Any,evenminor,aircraftdeicingorantiicingoperationdirectlyaffectsflightsafetyontake-off.Preventionofaeronauticalaccidentsresultingfromin-flighticingprincipallyconcernsthefluidsandmethodsused,butitmayincertaincasesalsoconcerndeicingorantiicingequipmentdesignoroperation.TheseaeronauticalaspectsarenotcoveredinthisEuropeanStandard(seealsoJointAviationauthorities(JAA),JointAviationRegulations(JAR)JAR-OPSsubpartD1.345andanyassociatedmaterial).Thisstandardappliesto:—self-propelleddeicerswithfixedplatformorhingedboom;—towabledeicerswithfixedplatformorhingedboom;—stationarydeicing/antiicingequipment(e.g.fixedboom,gantryortowercranesequippedwithaircraftdeicing/antiicingfluidsystems).Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:—fixedinstallations,suchasseparatestoragetanksorheatingandfillingstations,whicharenotanintegratedpartofthestationarydeicingequipment;—hydrauliccontrolsystems;—pneumaticsystems;—flowgeneratingsystemsassuch.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinprEN1915-4andprEN1915-3.Thisstandardisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThispartofEN12312isnotapplicabletodeicersanddeicing/antiicingequipmentwhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
