【摘要】:ThispartofISO21003specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesformultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceofwater--whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orheatingsystems--underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTableIofISO21003-1:2008)ItalsospecifiesthelestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhispartofISO21003.ISO21003isareferenceproductstandardItisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheotherpartsofISO21003ISO21003coversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressuresItisnotapplicableforvaluesofdesigntemperature,T,maximumdesigntemperature,T,andmalfunctiontemperature,TinexcessofthoseinTable1ofISO210031:2008NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspecls,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulat'onsand~nstallationpracticesorcodesThepolymericmaterialsusedforthestress-designedlayersarethefollowing:polybutylene(PB),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C).ThePE-Xusedshallbefullycrosslinkedandshallcomplywiththerequirementsoflherelevantreferenceproductstandard(ISOt5875)NOTE2ForthepurposesofISO21003,crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)aswellasadhesivesareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterialsSolid-wallpipeswiththinouterlayers(appliedasprotectionlayersorbarrierlayers,forinstance)arenotcoveredbyISO21003butarespecifiedintheAmendmentstoISO15874-2,ISO15875-2andISO158782.Thetotalthicknessofsuchouterlayers,includingthethicknessoftheadhesivesused,shallbe≤0,4mm.
