【摘要】:1ThisTechnicalReportgivesthetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsfor—semi-finishedproducts,forexampleblooms,billets,slabs(seenote3below);—bars(seenote3below);—wirerod;—hotorcoldrolledsheet/plateandstrip(seenote2below);—hammerordropforgings(seenote3below).Thesearticlesaremanufacturedfromtheboronalloysteelslistedintable3andsuppliedinoneoftheheat-treatmentconditionsgivenforthedifferenttypesofproductsintable1,lines2to5forcolumns4to8andinoneofthesurfaceconditionsgivenintable2.Thesteelsareingeneralintendedforthefabricationofquenchedandtemperedoraustempered(see3.3andnote1below)machineparts.ThisTechnicalReportisnotapplicableforsteelsforcoldheadingwhicharecoveredbyISO4954.NOTES1Forthepurposeofsimplificationtheterm"quenchedandtempered"is,unlessotherwiseindicated,usedinthefollowingalsofortheaustemperedcondition.2Theterms"plate"or"flatproduct"inthefollowingalsoinclude,unlessotherwisestated,wideflats.3Hammer-forgedsemi-finishedproducts(blooms,billets,slabs,etc.)andhammer-forgedbarsareinthefollowingcoveredundersemi-finishedproductsorbarsandnotundertheterm"hammeranddropforgings".2Inspecialcases,variationsinthesetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsoradditionstothemmayformthesubjectofanagreementatthetimeofenquiryandorder(seeannexA).3InadditiontothisTechnicalReport,thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsofISO404areapplicable.
