【摘要】:ISO/IEC4909:2006establishesspecificationsforfinancialtransactioncardsusingtrack3andisintendedtopermitinterchangebasedontheuseofmagneticstripeencodedinformation.Itspecifiesthedatacontentandphysicallocationofread/writeinformationontrack3andistobeusedinconjunctionwiththerelevantpartsofISO/IEC7811andISO/IEC7812.ISO/IEC4909:2006recognizestheneedforformatsoftrack3whichcanbeusedindependentlyof,orinconjunctionwith,track2asdefinedinISO/IEC7813.Thisapproachisintendedtopermitthegreatestdegreeofflexibilitywithinthefinancialcommunityinfacilitatinginternationalinterchange.
